Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Made-to-order products

Many CrazyDrunkToys products are made to order. For this reason, cancellation or withdrawal may not be available once an order has entered processing or production, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Order cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at crazydrunktoys@gmail.com. We will review the request based on the status of the order. If cancellation is possible, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label. After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Returns

Do not send any item back before receiving written instructions from our customer service team. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted. Any return rights that apply to non-personalised products will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider. Delivery charges are not refundable where applicable law does not require otherwise.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
