Shipping policy
CrazyDrunkToys products are produced to order and shipped to the delivery address entered at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.
Processing times
Most orders are prepared for dispatch within approximately 2–5 business days. Processing may take longer during busy periods, for complex products, or where an item must be remade after quality control. Processing time is separate from delivery time.
Delivery estimates
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery windows, and charges are displayed at checkout based on the destination and items ordered. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, customs, severe weather, public holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control may occur.
Tracking
When tracking is available, details will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to begin updating.
Multiple packages
Items in the same order may be produced or dispatched separately and can arrive in more than one package. You will not be charged additional shipping beyond the amount shown at checkout unless you request a separate service.
Address changes
Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. Once an order has entered production or shipment, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
Customs and import charges
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. Unless included at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or damaged shipments
If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period, a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and any relevant photographs. We will review the matter and arrange an appropriate solution.
