These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CrazyDrunkToys online store and the purchase of products through our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

Products and product information

We offer original designs and made-to-order products, including mugs, posters and other lifestyle items. Product images are provided for illustration. Colours, placement and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and the production process.

Orders and acceptance

An order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation by email. We may cancel an order if there is an obvious pricing or listing error, if an item is unavailable, or if fulfilment is not possible. If we cancel an order, any payment received for that order will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Payments are processed through the payment methods made available by Shopify at checkout.

Made-to-order items

Many products are made specifically after an order is placed. This means that we may not be able to cancel an order once processing or production has started. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Intellectual property

All designs, images, text, branding and other content on this website belong to CrazyDrunkToys or their respective rights holders. They may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CrazyDrunkToys is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or from delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
